Organic Farm in Assisi

Our farm stay was born within an organic farm in Assisi, in the heart of Umbria, where we cultivate cereals and legumes using natural and sustainable methods. We produce spelt, ancient grains, chickpeas, and lentils, carefully processed: the cereals are stone-milled to create wholesome flours, also used in making artisanal pasta.
