From the north: take the Valdichiana exit and follow signs for Perugia on the SS E45, then follow directions for Assisi on the SS 75.
From the south: take the Orte exit and follow the SS E45 towards Perugia, then follow signs for Assisi on the SS 75.
Exit at Santa Maria degli Angeli Nord and head towards the town center.

Upon reaching the basilica, take Via Patrono d’Italia and continue straight, passing under the railway underpass. Once out of the underpass, continue on the main road to the left. After about 2 km, you will reach a roundabout with an olive tree in the center; turn left towards Perugia. After crossing the small San Vitturino bridge, turn right, following the bus and camper parking area in the direction of the “Bosco di San Francesco.” Continue straight and, at the last intersection after the small bridge, turn onto Via Petrata.
Drive uphill for about 3 km, and when the road levels out, turn right and continue for 500 meters. Then turn left following the sign for “Paradiso 41”—you have arrived at Paradiso!
